Food Sampling for Port Health -11th & 12th February, Ipswich
This 2 day course includes a review of legislation and provides guidance on both contaminants and microbiological food sampling. A visit to the Port of Felixstowe is also included in the programme. Booking Form
Formal Enforcement for Port Health Officers - 16th & 17th February, Manchester
This 2 day course provides a review of criminal investigations including PACE, RIPA, CPIA and interviewing witnesses.
Both courses are available free of charge to delegates but authorities are required to make their own arrangements with respect to travel and accommodation. ABC will provide delegates with information regarding local hotels etc when you book.
